The Virtua Food Farmacy Program

What is the Food Farmacy?

The Virtua Food Farmacy Program is a comprehensive outpatient nutrition program that provides Medical Nutrition Therapy with medically tailored groceries to Virtua patients experiencing food insecurity while managing one or more chronic diet related condition.

The Newton Friends are proud to be a partner in this program by donating food we grow in our food garden.

Our first donation includes over 20lb of tomatoes, kale, peppers, and herbs. All mindfully and organically grown with tender loving care.
